How to survive acclimatization

We all know that the main thing is health. And no matter how wonderful the country where you are going on vacation, headaches, diarrhea, nervousness and fatigue may ruin the whole impression of it.

In addition to common infectious diseases or poisoning, acclimatization can become your enemy. So, in addition to the exclusion from the diet of “overseas” suspicious dishes and increased immunity at home, you should remember about preparing for acclimatization. To change the environment brought only pleasant emotions, and not feeling unwell, you should prepare for rest in a couple of weeks.

The first problem of various resorts is other time zones. The solution may be the use of vitamin C from natural products, which increases the body’s acclimatization abilities.
